At Amerta, we take great pride in the quality of our products. Attention to design, safety, construction, and materials are our priority. When you receive your order, please inspect the products and notify us of any damage; we will arrange for a prompt replacement.

If you are not satisfied with our products for any reason, you may return them for a refund of the merchandise value within 30 days from the day of shipment.

An original receipt is required for all returns and exchanges. Returns with original receipts will be refunded in the original form of payment. Returns with a gift receipt will be refunded in the form of a store credit for the amount indicated on the gift receipt.

Depending on the reason for return, you may be responsible for return shipping. If you are returning a defective product or product that was damaged in transit, we will assume the cost of of the return. In all other cases, you will be responsible for return shipping.

After we receive the unwanted merchandise, we will process the refund. Please note that it may take 3 to 5 business days for the refund to be posted on your bank account.
